With over 35 years of experience spanning government and commercial enterprises globally, Jack Ginsburg has significant expertise in strategy development and execution, growth, service delivery and P&L management.  He has led the successful development and execution of domestic and international business plans for multiple new market segments, and designed and implemented corporate marketing, branding and communications strategies.  He has led organizations through start up and turnaround situations, and been responsible for introducing new vision into established, mature businesses.  As a senior level executive, Ginsburg has extensive experience creating strategic alliances and growing relationships in both state and federal government markets.

Throughout his career, Ginsburg has played an integral role in advancing the provision of solutions and services across the government serving in various commercial capacities.  

Most recently, Ginsburg served as the Chief Operating Officer at Paradyme Management where he was responsible for strategy development, growth and delivery of data focused technology solutions to a broad array of federal government customers across the civilian and defense sectors.  

Prior to joining Paradyme Management, Ginsburg served as the executive leader/Vice President for Growth at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT).  Jack was responsible for all business development resources and activities, as well as the development and execution of the business development strategies and processes for the Federal Civilian Division, focused on state and federal government markets.  He was recognized by WashingtonExec as one of industry’s “Top 10 Civilian Executives to Watch”.

Ginsburg also served as Vice President of Business Development for Government and Commercial Markets in North America for Serco, tasked with Serco’s strategy development and growth in the federal, defense, intelligence, state government, Canadian and commercial markets. He oversaw Serco’s resurgence and growth and was ultimately responsible for securing several very large federal government and international contracts valued at more than $3.0B.

In years prior, Ginsburg operated as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Corporate Marketing for Daon Trusted Identity Services and served on its Board of Directors. He was also Senior Vice President of MAXIMUS, where he oversaw strategy development, and the exponential growth of revenue resulting from federal, state and local government sales.

Ginsburg holds a degree in Marketing from Michigan State University, as well as various corporate and industry certificates and certifications. He attended the Strategic Leadership program at the University of Oxford.  Jack lives in Reston, Virginia.  He has been married to his wife, Nancy, for 41 years, and has one daughter, Lyndsey.  He is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys running and playing golf.
